A MAN has appeared in court accused of producing 46 cannabis plants with an estimated value of between £9,410 and £18,820.
Colin Cooper is charged with producing the plants at an address on Tennyson Street in Sutton Manor where he is alleged to have dishonestly used £10,612 worth of electricity.
Following a hearing at St Helens Magistrates’ Court, the 23-year-old from Sherdley Road was granted unconditional bail and will next appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Tuesday, May 6.
