Birdwatchers will be looking out for buzzards.
A WINTER bird walk through the Billinge countryside and guided by Council rangers has been arranged for Sunday, December 22.
Meet at the Bankes Park car park, off Main Street, Billinge at 9.30am. Binoculars or a telescope will be advantageous and stout footwear and waterproofs are a must.
Rangers advise that dogs, except guide dogs, should be left at home for this event. For more information contact the Rangers on 01744 677772.
