Pensioner escapes crash unharmed
A WOMAN in her 70s was left shaken following a three car collision close to Whiston Hospital.
A Seat, Punto and Peugeot 206 were involved in the incident on Dragon Lane at around 4.30pm on Monday (December 9).
A passing ambulance stopped at the scene but no one was hurt. The collision led to the closure of Dragon Lane between Warrington Road and Stoney Lane causing traffic tailbacks.
Eventually the vehicles were driven away by their owners.
