THE funeral of Steve Prescott MBE will take place on Monday, November 18 at St Mary’s Lowe House Church, St Helens.
The ex-Saints player and inspirational charity campaigner died, aged 39, in the early hours of Saturday morning after a long and courageous fight against cancer.
His charitable foundation announced today that Requiem Mass will be celebrated in the church from 11am, followed by committal at St Helens Crematorium.
The crematorium service is for family and close friends only.
