Public warned to be on their guard for missing Boa Constrictor
PEOPLE are being urged to be on their guard after a Boa Constrictor snake went missing from a house.
The five year-old flat headed Boa was reported missing from a property on Silkstone Street, St Helens yesterday (Thursday, September 26).
Measuring 4.5ft long and 3cm wide and is black with a distinctive stubby tail.
While the snake isn’t venomous and not a danger to the public, people are advised not to approach it and contact Merseyside Police on the non-emergency 101 number, or the RSPCA on 0845 241 7253 / 0151 374 2174.
