A TEENAGE beauty queen is starting to make quite a name for herself in the US after competing in her second international competition.
Bethany Cammack was taking part in the Miss Perfect Teen which was recently held in Florida. The 17-year-old from Hard Lane may have missed out on top spot, but the experience proved invaluable, said mum Michelle.
She explained: “During the three day pageant, Beth had the opportunity to meet with three model agencies from Miami, New York and Orlando.
“All said they were amazed at Bethany’s age and all said how professional she was and how outstanding her portfolio is.
“Each agent said they would be willing to sign her to a three month contract if she decided to go out there and give it a go.
“She was excited to have such amazing feedback. We had a good time and once again, we are all very proud of her. Beth has had a lot of messages of support from friends and family, who were in touch via live stream back home.
“So who knows what the future will hold; she has lots of options at the minute.”
Along with competing in pageants, Beth who will start at St Helens College next month to study Beauty and Make-up, is a young ambassador for the charity Bullies Out and will return to her former school Cowley to mentor pupils who have been the victims of online bullying.
