I live in a cul de sac in Rainhill which means none of roads around are gritted - there are old people who will be trapped as the council simply does not care about gritting anything apart from Warrington Road and the Linkway. Nor will our bins be collected - last time it snowed they did not come for 3 weeks - what exactly is it we pay our council tax for?
