St Helens and District Rambling Club plan Peak District trek

FANCY going out on a great walk with a friendly bunch of people?

The next outing of St Helens and District Rambling Club will be to Hathersage in the Peak District on Sunday, March 17.

There is a choice of five walks from six to 15 miles, with ascents of from 600 feet to 2,500 feet. Coach leaves St Helens.

Cost for adults £11; juniors £2. New members welcome. For details please phone our Membership Secretary on 07535953488, between 6–8 pm And on Sunday, March 31 the ramblers will be heading for Ruthin in North Wales with a choice of five walks from 5.5 to 15 miles, and ascents of from 380 feet to 3,000 feet. For both walks the coach leaves St Helens.
