St Helens Council to consider new cafe plans

A FORMER gents hairdressers could be turned into cafe under proposals submitted to St Helens Council.
A planning application states that the salon, located at Chain Lane shopping precinct, has been empty since the start of this year.
An investor is waiting on the green light to redevelop it.
