Care homes could be converted to houses

A DEVELOPER wants to convert properties used for residential care into houses and apartments.

Remstone Construction has submitted a planning application to St Helens Council to transform 10 to 12 Kiln Lane, Dentons Green into two homes and no.14 into four apartments.

one moment we havnt enough care homes, now we are able to transfer some to flats/houses
