Two arrests after handgun and ammo seized from Sherdley Park caravan site

TWO men have been arrested after a handgun and ammunition were found on a travellers’ caravan park.
Police executed a search warrant at the site at Sherdley Road caravan site in Sutton on Monday, February 25.
They discovered the firearm, which has been sent off for forensic examination.
Two men aged 64 and 36 from Sutton, were arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and breach of the peace.
