Power tools recovered after shed break in

A NUMBER of tools stolen from a shed have been recovered after a 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of burglary.

Police believe they were taken at a property in Sutton on Thursday, February 7. The teenager has been bailed pending further enquiries and officers are keen to trace the original owners of the following power tools: A Nu Air orange cordless drill in a black case.

  • A black and red Rexon wood saw.
  • A black pendulum jigsaw.
  • A green Black and Decker grinder.

Anyone who recognises any of these items is asked to contact police in St Helens by calling 101 and quoting log reference 1213 of 07/02/13.

In order to claim the recovered property people will be asked to provide proof of purchase or theft.
