THERE will be lane closures in both directions of the East Lancs Road, while a railway bridge examination takes place on Sunday, February 3.
The work is scheduled to start at 9am at the bridge near the Waterside pub, when the Liverpool-bound carriageway will have a lane closed after which the work will move to the Manchester-bound lanes.
The work is expected to be completed by 3pm.
