Newton Community Centre offers sign language class

A SIGN language class is just one of a range of subjects at Newton Community Centre in 2013.
It will allow students to communicate with deaf people and will also include a section on deaf culture. It costs £110, including an accreditation fee.
The start date has yet to be confirmed, but there will be both a day and evening class.
There are still places left on the computer course at the centre. Level 2 Word, internet and email are each Monday, between 9.30am and 11.30am, with Level 2 internet and email, each Wednesday, from 9.30am to 11.30am.
The course runs for 10 weeks and costs £60. (Free to those in receipt of certain benefits). Free childcare is also available.
