AN 18-YEAR-old man has denied eight traffic offence charges including driving without insurance and failure to stop after an accident.
Shane Christopher Maughan, 18, from Elm Road in Wigan is accused of driving a Mitsubishi pickup truck on Borron Road, Newton on December 7. It is alleged that the uninsured truck was in collision with two vehicles.
He also denies driving an uninsured green Volvo dangerously on Bentley Street, Clock Face on December 16, also causing damage to a Ford Mondeo.
Maughan was remanded on conditional bail for two separate court appearances.
