TECHNICAL difficulties have led to the cancellation of tonight’s opening performance of Sleeping Beauty at the Liverpool Echo Arena’s Waterfront Big Top.
Organisers tonight offered there apologies.
Event organiser Wendy Lane from Core Promotions Ltd said: “We are really disappointed tonight’s show cannot go ahead as planned.
“Unfortunately certain technical issues have delayed the build of the Festival Site making it impossible to open today and provide the experience we wanted to give.”
All remaining performances will go ahead as per the schedule, starting tomorrow Saturday, December 15 at 2pm.
The Liverpool Christmas Family Festival will now open on Saturday, December 15 at midday.
Customers are advised to contact their point of purchase to exchange their tickets for an alternative date or for a refund. Ticket prices will remain at £8 for the exchanged shows.
Ticket exchanges and refunds need to be completed by 5pm on Friday, December 21.
