AMATEUR golfers have a chance to play on a course graced by legends of the sport, while raising money for charity.
The Rotary Club of St Helens annual charity golf day, may be next spring but anyone wanting to take part is urged to snap up places as demand is expected to be high.
Golfers will play 18 holes on the famous Open Championship course at Royal Birkdale in Southport.
At the end of the day there will be a dinner and presentation of prizes.
Held on April 18, the cost of the package for a team of four, including full colour advertisement in the event brochure is £900, with all proceeds going towards Rotary charities.
