Women taken to hospital following collision

TWO women were taken to hospital following a two car traffic collision early this morning (Monday, December 10).

Firefighters were called at around 8.50am to Park Road, St Helens and stayed at the scene for around an hour after making the vehicles safe. The women, aged 52 and 37 were taken to Whiston Hospital for a precautionary check up.
