A MAN had to be cut free from a car, which was in collision with a lamppost.
Two men were hurt in the incident on Lodge Lane, Haydock at around 8.50pm on Saturday (December 8). Both in their 20s, they suffered injuries to their legs, back and neck and were taken to Aintree Hospital.
Fire engines from Newton-le-Willows and Parr Stocks attended, along with the Merseyside Fire and Rescue Search and Rescue Team.
