Kiel Simpson jailed

First published in News

A NOTORIOUS offender with a lengthy criminal record has been jailed for three months.

Kiel Simpson, 29, of Knowles House Avenue, Gillars Green, admitted stealing a television and DVD from Asda supermarket on October 23.

He committed the offence while subject to a conditional discharge set down after he stole hair straighteners in Boots a month earlier.

Simpson was the owner of a pit bull that killed his five-year-old niece Ellie Lawrenson in 2007.

Notorious, lengthy criminal record... 3 months. Now can you see why are police are wasting their time. I don't advocate sending some one to jail for stealing a pair of hair curlers or some dvd's once in their life. I do advocate locking up for long periods, people who clearly have no intention of going straight, who all ways have some fall back excuses to why they have no self control. You'd think the traumatic experience he and his family suffered on that News Years day would have been enough to sober up his life style but as it hasn't, then all further chances should be cancelled.

Wouldnt it be great if Simpson, the dog knifer and their likes collectively were all sent to a remote island and whilst on there they could do to each other what they bestow on society.

It's a shame that we have to pay through the nose to keep these oxygen thieves going.

I wonder how it would affect the nation's coffers if we stopped paying for benefits, social housing and prisons for these people and shipped them off somewhere hot and dry.

I'm all for giving people a fair chance and wouldn't write someone off for one terrible mistake but this cretin has proved time and again that society would be a better off without him.

Hear hear. Couldn't agree more Sir.

I think we should bring back the death penalty for anything above speeding.
It's not like we're short on people is it?
Imagine how we could free up and better use resources with the likes of these sub-humans being eradicated.

Another current trend that leaves me sickened , is this admitting one crime to get out of another. I read in the echo a number of months back about a sub-human who said he could not have been at the scene of a murder , because he was selling cocaine at the time. Kill them. Kill them all.
