Men charged after boat thefts

TWO men have been charged after five boats were stolen.
It follows the theft of the boats from a storage yard in Mersey View Road, Widnes in February.
Four of the five boats have since been found.
A 38-year-old from St Helens is charged with theft and a 46-year-old from Prescot is charged with theft and perverting the course of justice.
The men were arrested in March and bailed pending further inquiries.
They will appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on November 9.
