PRESCOT Festival got off to a record-breaking start with an audience of 250 for the opening night with Fairey Brass Band and Haydock Male Voice Choir.
The Festival continues this week with:
Youth music showcase, featuring students from Deyes High School, Maghull, as seen on BBC1’s Last Choir Standing. £3 on the door.
Highlights from Handel’s Messiah followed at 8.15pm by Last Night Of The Proms with Frodsham Silver Band. Free admission.
