THE Reverberate band development programme, in association with the Citadel Arts Centre, St Helens Council Arts Service and the Youth Service, launches an innovative new programme for aspiring musicians on January 23.

Led by professional practitioners Steve Kinsey and Tim Campbell, the programme is open to 12-19 year olds who are interested in learning an instrument and joining a band.
