TEENAGE megastar Justin Bieber is heading back to Liverpool.

The Canadian singer, fresh from celebrating his number album in the UK, Believe, has announced that he will return to the region with his 2013 UK Tour.

He will visit six UK cities, including Liverpool on February 24 next year, when he will stage a concert at the Echo Arena.

Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday, July 6.
