GET moving to classic hits as an 80s music night rocks Haresfinch Social Club.

Dance duo Danni Britch, from Carr Mill, and Courtnay Reddy will give audiences a treat with hits from a variety of acts including Whitney Houston and Bananarama and many others.

Represented by by Ultimate Artistes, the pair already held a successful version of the event last January and in the summer they wowed the crowds with a tribute to Swedish supergroup Abba.

Danni has competed in the Miss Cheshire contest, and, after missing out on the crown, was named Miss Popularity after amassing the highest number of public votes in the competition.

"We travel up and down the country and abroad," said Danni, who trained at The Elizabeth Hill School Of Dance and Drama since the age of four.

"We went six times last year and we've been 13 times this year, pretty much every week over the summer.

"It's a really fun night and we'll get everyone dancing and we do all the hits from the 80s.

"Me and Courtnay have been working together for two years and we're a professional female duo."

People can dress up in 80s outfits as they move to some of decades top numbers.

Danni, who is also a granddaughter of the late Roy Britch, a long-serving amateur rugby league official, added: “Come and join us for a fantastic evening, with live entertainment from the Re-Wind 80's girls performing all of your favourite hits!

"Feel free to dress up in your best 80s outfit and get ready to dance the night away!”

The event is on Saturday, November 11 with doors open from 7.30pm. Tickets are £5 and can be obtained by contacting the club or pay on the door.
