COMEDIAN Joe Pasquale will deliver his devilish sense of humour in a live show at the Theatre Royal this August.

Joe will unleash more of his silliness at the town centre venue with his new show The Devil in Disguise.

It will be a high octane mix of everything that has seen Joe remain at the top of the profession for more than 20 years.

The show will follow the theme that we all have a good side, a dark side (and a backside) and audiences can witness Joe showing off all three.

People can hear Joe explain the mysteries of why the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse will arrive on 'My Little Ponies' and what Action Man held with those gripping hands in a show which promises to be one audiences won’t forget in a hurry.

"I’ve got lots of new silly stuff for this show," said Joe, ahead of his Theatre Royal appearance.

"For instance, I’ll be singing a new song, Can You Guess What’s Inside My Sandwich? and I’ll be doing a silly dance at the same time.

"I’ll be doing a tribute to Sammy Davis Jr, mind-reading and painting, and I’ll be getting people up on stage. It’s an eclectic and fast-moving show. I hope people will have a really good night."

Joe, who has thrilled audiences with live stand-up tours for many years, has recently starred in theatre shows, became a stalwart of the traditional British Pantomime circuit, has voiced characters for Hollywood movies, was crowned King Of The Jungle in 2004 and twirled his way around the ice rink in Dancing on Ice.

Over the past 12 months Joe has performed daredevil antics on the Live at the Palladium shows, made his debut at London’s Comedy Store and taken part in ITV’s Sugar Free Farm.

Joe hits the Theatre Royal stage on Saturday, August 12 from 7.30pm. Call 01744 756000 for tickets or visit sthelenstheatreroyal.com
