WELSH prog rockers Magenta will have the Citadel bouncing next weekend.
Formed 15 years ago by keyboard player and composer Rob Reed and vocalist Christina Booth, Magenta have built up a loyal following.
Their albums include Seven, Metamorphosis and the most recent The Twenty Seven Club.
Lead singer Christina Booth has more than 10 Classic Rock Society ‘Best Female Vocalist’ awards to her name, while guitarist Chris Fry is also an award-winning virtuoso in his own right.
Sure to provide a superb live act, the Citadel show will mark Magenta's first performance in the North West of England.
The show takes place on Saturday, May 14 with doors open from 7.30pm. Tickets are £15 in advance or £18 on the door.
