A DIVERSE range of music, theatre and comedy will be staged this autumn at The Citadel.

Highlights of the Waterloo Street venue's autumn and winter season include the return of the monthly comedy club, performances from 80s' group T'Pau and one of the 90s' biggest bands Cast, a camp cabaret and a children's rave.

Just a selection of the tribute acts performing this autumn include Led into Zeppelin in September and The Clone Roses in November 21.

Folk fans can look forward seeing Martin Carthy and Dave Swarbrick unite on stage in September 12, while festival band The Moulettes bring their own brand of folk . BBC Radio 2 Folk Award nominees Stick in the Wheel perform in October and favourites Merry Hell return on October 30 for their Hallowe'en concert.

Blues comes in the form of King Pleasure and the Biscuit Boys, Paul Lamb and the Kingsnakes and The Larry Miller Band.

New acts include Covent Garden Busker, Rob Falsini, who brings his music off the streets and onto the stage next March.

There will be plenty for youngsters with Bear and Butterfly in October, Puss in Boots in February and December's Christmas show Red Riding Hood.

For adults there is the return of monthly comedy night The Laughter Factory as well as a new play about modern relationships called And Then You Kissed Me.

Cast will take to the stage on February 11 and T’Pau on March 11.
