1:46pm Thursday 8th July 2010 in Local Property News
A new inspiration centre from Miller Homes aims to help buyers make their home reflect their tastes, dreams and style. One of the advantages in purchasing early in the build stage with Miller Homes is that you can personalise your new home before you move in. They even provide all the inspiration and support you could desire.
This inspiration is located in the newly opened Options Centre just off Oaklands Road, Salford. This design centre for the North West is a one-stop shop of dreams and ideas for interior of your home. You can choose the look for you, from classic to contemporary. There are sleek, designer kitchens and cool contemporary bathrooms to classical chandeliers, the Options Centre has a whole host of the latest trends and choices.
From designing entire rooms to choosing the fine details of door handles, wall tiles and taps, Miller Homes works alongside you to design your perfect home. The Options Centre is the easy and relaxed way to specify all the details.
Option Centre Co-Ordinator, Leanne Freely, explains why considering the options when buying a new home is so important: "When you choose your new home, it should be your dream home. That means that all the details should be right. Interior design is about reflecting the person and their individual style and so home-buyers should be free to make their own choices. There is no point in having a brand new kitchen if you hate the work surfaces. Each person deserves to get the home they desire."
"But many people don't realise the tax breaks you can get by choosing certain options whilst your new home is being built. New homes are in the main exempt from VAT, and this carries over to most of the optional extras. if they are completed as part of the build schedule, such as laminate flooring, ceramic tiling, hot-tubs / Jacuzzi or additional electric points. So if you add ceramic tiles to your kitchen floor, you will save having to pay the 17.5% VAT you will be charged if you have the work carried out after you move in. This can be a considerable saving.
"My role is to discuss all the available options, advise the home buyers and then to let them to choose those final touches that will make their dream home a reality. House buying and home design should be fun. We are here to take the hassle out of designing your new home that is built around you."
