GYMNAST Rachael Letsche completed a golden double after a superb performance at the recent European Championships.
The 16-year-old from Sutton Leach won the tumbling invidual gold medal in the 13-16 age group category.
And Sutton High pupil Rachael also won team gold as part of the Great Britain squad in the tournament held in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Although she lives in St Helens, Rachael has a gruelling training schedule travelling over to Wakefield, West Yorkshire four times a week to get top level tutelage from coach Craig Lowther.
Rachael also paid tribute to coach Zoe Styles and Sutton High for the part they played in her achievements.
