Here's a very watery Where are We?

It’s been a while since we had a couple of Where Are We? photos.
At the time of writing the ice and snow have thawed and the drains are probably clogging up with grit, sand, undissolved salt, and other gatherings.
So here are some floods from bygone times. Clue, both sites are within the Borough boundaries and on bus routes. My thanks to Geoff Sandford for the pics.
