LILIAN (LILI) KILSHAW The family of the late Lilian Kilshaw would wish to thank everyone, who attended the Funeral Service, for their kind expressions of sympathy, and also for the many cards and generous donations to the Alzheimer's Society. Special thanks are due to :- Dr Smith and all the nurses and staff of wards 5C and 5D, Whiston Hospital for their care, and the Rev. Diane Barrow for conducting the service and the Co-operative Funeralcare for their care and attention to detail
