ELIZABETH (LIZ) MIDDLEHURST Frank & family would like to thank all relatives, friends & neighbours for their kindness & support during the recent sad loss. For all the cards, messages of sympathy and kind donations towards Macmillan Nurses, with special thanks to doctors & staff at Hollybank Surgery, district nurses and Louise from Macmillan support, for the excellent care they provided.
