HOWARD P. THORNTHWAITE Howard`s family have been overwhelmed by the acts of kindness, from friends and neighbours. The support received has been of great comfort. Anne would like to thank Merseyside Police for their professionalism and sensitivity, F. Dooley & Son for their compassion, helping to make Howards final journey go so smoothly. Ray French and all the staff at Liverpool St. Helens Rugby Club, Louise and Abbie at Olive Grove Florists for their care and attention to detail. To The staff at St. Helens Crematorium, who work tirelessly to ensure dignity is maintained. A huge Thank You to everyone who attended the Humanist Service at the Crematorium, also for the messages of condolence received and donations for the RNLI and Willowbrook Hospice. A special thanks to Paul Budis whose work as a celebrant has been a great help to the family and to Alan Dickinson for his thoughtful tribute to Howard. Howard will be greatly missed, but remembered with love.
