FRANK WHITE Mary, John, Christine and their families, would like to express their sincere thanks to all the relatives and friends of Frank, for their support and kind words, floral tributes, sympathy cards, mass cards and generous donations to the Lewy Body Dementia Society. Thanks to all doctors and staff at Whiston hospital, especially on ward 5A. Special thanks to Fr. Bernard Jackson for his comforting ministrations, and to all those who attended and contributed to Frank's funeral Service. Thanks to F.W. Marsh and staff, for their dignified and caring approach at this very sad time.
