ZAK WORTHINGTON Suddenly passed away in Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital on Tuesday 5th June 2018 aged 28 years. Zak will be very sadly missed by his mum Debbie, step dad Peter, nanny pin, grandad Keith, sister Zenya, Jordan and by all of his family and many friends. A funeral service will be held in St Helens Crematorium Chapel on Friday 22nd June at 1pm followed by interment in the Cemetery at 1.30pm. Family flowers only by request but donations would be gratefully accepted for Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital. Never missed anyone as much as we do you moons think of you everyday wish wecould turn back time but its not to be miss you cracking jokes even though tbey were terrible u have made. Me realise that life should nor be taken for granted ever miss u so so much ur broken hearted aunty tee and uncle wayne cuzin jordan, mccawley, phoebe, byronand ur second cuzins tulusha, tiger 🐯 miss you so muchxxxxx it still doesnt seem real either people say its gets easier with time i dont think so we just hope itbecomes bearable for the unforseen future wish that i had told you how much you meant to me and for you to thank me for being there for you always i always would be by your side no matter what love you the world and back again zakamoons goodnight xx x
