MICHAEL DAVID KAY Passed away suddenly on December 7th 2017, aged 44 years. Loving Partner to Nicola. A caring and thoughtful Son to Doreen and David and also a loving Brother to Robert, Christopher and Vickie. Funeral Service to be held at St Helens Crematorium on Friday 22nd December 2017 at 4 pm.
