Dr JON D'ARCY Peacefully on 15th November, 2017 at his own home and with his loving family around him, Jon aged 59 years, loving husband of Angie, devoted dad of Robin and Jess, much loved father-in-law of Patrick, dearest brother of Cal, Alan and their families. Jon was very much loved and will be deeply missed by all his family, friends and patients. A funeral service will take place in St Philips Church, Westbrook at 10:15 on Saturday 25th November, 2017 followed by cremation in Walton Lea Crematorium at 12 midday. Family flowers only by request and donations if so desired to be shared between The Motor Neurone Disease Association (south lancs branch) or St Rocco's Hospice care of the funeral director.
