JOHN GERRARD (JACK) Passed away peacefully on 23rd June 2015 aged 81 years. The beloved Husband of Jean and the much loved Grandad of Cheryl and Sonia. Funeral service and committal to take place at St Helens Crematorium on Thursday 9th July at 11.00am. Family flowers only please donations if desired for Willowbrook Hospice.
