GERALD BRIODY Peacefully in Whiston Hospital after a short illness on the 11th May aged 83 years. Much loved husband of Kath and a dear dad, grandad and great grandad. He will be sadly missed by all close family and friends. A funeral service was held on Tuesday 19th May but donations for Cancer Research UK would be gratefully received if so desired. Ged's family would like to thank all family and friends for their sympathy and kindness, flowers, cards and donations received. Thanks to the staff at Dr Laghari's Surgery, Ward B2 at Whiston Hospital and the District Nurses. Special thanks to Elaine Bacon for her kind support. Everyones care and support has been gratefully appreciated. Thanks also to Deacon John McGloughlin for the beautiful service and to all who attended. God bless.
