TERENCE JOHN JACKSON 'TES' Passed away peacefully in hospital surrounded by his loving family on 18th February 2015 aged 69 years. The beloved Husband of Barbara, much loved Dad of Mark and Leanne, Father-in-law of Wendy and Wayne, loving Grandad of Gemma, Christopher, Martin, Daniel, Sam, Max and Matt and the dear Brother of Anne-Marie. Service to take place at St Mary's Lowe House R.C Church on Tuesday 3rd March at 11.00am followed by interment at St Helens Cemetery at 12 noon.
