LILIAN FOULKES Lilian Elizabeth A Foulkes beloved sister to Josie and the the late Bill Foulkes passed away at home on the 14th July in her 80th year. Devoted auntie to Joanne, Neil and her beloved great niece Jennifer, a loved sister in law to Bob and Teresa. Funeral service will be held at St Ann's CE Church, Rainhill on Friday the 25th July at 10.30 am followed by committal at St Helens Crematorium.
