David John Hewitt Sadly on the 26th August 2013 at Whiston Hospital following a long illness bravely borne, David John aged 63 years. Dear Partner of Jackie and Step Father to Michelle and dear Dad to Paul, Nichola and Andrew, much loved Grandad to all his Grandchildren, dear Brother to Freddie, Dorothy and Phoebe. David John will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
