CELEBRATING its fifth year the Healthy in St Helens roadshow once again offered lots of top tips to keep tip top.

Hundreds attended the two day event which aims to promote healthy and active lifestyles in a fun and entertaining way.

Organised by the Rotary Club of St Helens in partnership with the council’s Health Improvement Team, it offered free health checks, activities and displays including fitness demos from Go Active and zumba dancing in Church Square.

It also saw the launch of the ‘Time to Talk in St Helens’ mental health campaign.

This offered simple solutions for people to support someone struggling with mental health issues.
